Admiral Luke Bokome was a four-star admiral who stood in for Fleet Admiral Tran Vu during war room sessions during the Liberation of Amargosa. Tran had traveled to Hanar to meet with the regime there and arrange assistance in launching the invasion of Amargosa.
A native of the Congo, Bokome possessed an Earth-first mentality that prompted Marcus Leitman to gauge his interest in taking over the Fleet Admiral’s position. Some time after the Liberation of Amargosa, he assumed the role, replacing Tran.
