Alain Vanever (died 429 IE) was the senior delegate to the Compact Security Council in late 429 IE. Having held the post for so long, Vanever felt his junior delegate, Douglas Best, needed to disregard instructions from Jefivah’s first minister and follow his lead instead. Best tolerated Vanever, but spent most of his time investigating JunoCorp.
Vanever died in an explosion at a dockside restaurant in Quantonesia while meeting with Earth‘s senior delegate and Tol Germanicus.
