Dr. McGann was a physician from Demeter who served as ship’s surgeon aboard the Queen Maria Sophia in 433 IE. During the mech attack on the ship, he locked down Medbay with his Gelt assistant (an Amargosan citizen by way of Hanar.)
McGann is named for Doctor Who actor Paul McGann.
