The Thulian Clinic is a medical and research facility established on the Coastal Plains of Amargosa following the Liberation. Founded by Jayne Best, the Clinic specializes in the study and application of amortal biology—specifically, the adapted Orag rejuvenation techniques developed by the Thule scientific community. The clinic was initially headquartered in New Lansdorp before transitioning to its permanent facility on the Plains.
Among its first patients were Davra Andraste and Eric Yuwono, both of whom suffered significant cellular and radiation damage from close exposure to the clean fusion detonation in Riverside. Their treatment marked the first human application of Thulian amortal therapy outside Thule itself since the original experiments in Antarctica.
Operated with discreet support from Thule, the Clinic serves both as a public medical institution and as a front for controlled testing of amortal therapies on Homo sapiens. Though controversial in its secrecy, the Clinic became a symbol of long-term recovery efforts on Amargosa and a beacon of hope for future Compact-wide amortality.
