Elizabeth Windsor

  • Affiliation: Bonaparte, Compact

  • Titles: Lady Elizabeth Windsor (stripped)

  • Status: Disowned; charged with treason on Bonaparte, Amargosa, and by the Compact Assembly

Overview
Once third in line to the throne of Bonaparte, Elizabeth Windsor stood out among the royal family by enlisting in Cybercommand rather than seeking a commissioned officer’s path—an unusual choice for someone of her status. Her technical acumen and cool confidence masked deeper ambitions and growing ideological rifts with her family and the Compact.

Relationship with JT Austin
Elizabeth developed a keen fascination with JT Austin, drawn to his unconventional background as the son of Tessa Dasarius and a product of the Amargosa resistance. This interest—equal parts curiosity and strategic probing—annoyed her brother Edward, who had recently ascended to the throne. Sensing potential disloyalty, Edward privately asked JT to seduce Elizabeth in order to uncover her true intentions.

Treason and Downfall
During a covert operation aboard an Amargosan maglev, Elizabeth attempted to assassinate Edward using incendiary nanites, a plot disrupted at the last second by Queen Widow Reiko, who disabled Elizabeth with a stun grenade. The betrayal shocked both Bonaparte and the Compact.

In the aftermath, Elizabeth was disowned by the Bonapartan royal court and formally charged with treason on three fronts—Bonaparte, Amargosa, and at the Compact level. Investigators later uncovered that she had also triggered the destruction of the CNV Marcus Aurelius, a devastating act that pointed to potential collaboration with extremist elements—possibly Juno-affiliated.

Her fall from grace transformed her from a rising royal technocrat into a war criminal, cementing her as a cautionary figure in Compact political history.
