Boone’s Landing was the capital of Ares, the fifth planet in the Helios System. Not as large as some core world capitals, it nonetheless was noteworthy for its well-planned layout, which extended into Ares’s rural areas. Peaceful for the bulk of its existence after founding, it suffered a terrorist attack by radical Cubists in 434 IE.
