Summary:
The Bunker is the primary base of operations for Cybercommand, located deep inside a mountain near Tian Regional Command. Designed to withstand all but the largest direct nuclear strikes, it provides Cybercommand with a hardened, secure facility for coordinating covert operations, cyberwarfare, and strategic intelligence gathering across the Compact.
Cybercommand relocated its headquarters to the Bunker prior to Baker ibn-Aziz’s tenure as Secretary-General, seeking greater isolation and protection from both physical and cyber attacks. While Shandug, Tian’s capital, houses many of Cybercommand’s administrative and liaison functions, all sensitive operations, black projects, and field agent management are handled directly out of the Bunker.
