Lattus Kai-ban (born 429 IE, died same) was the son of Lattus Kai and his wife and former concubine Tishla and the brother of Lattus Athena. Tishla named him after his father, the “ban” the Gelt suffix for “junior,” only placed after the given name instead of the surname. Born prematurely, he suffered from a severe mersa infection, the result of an assassination attempt on his mother. Because of the severity of his infection, he died before Dr. Zewan could get him into stasis and an eventual artificial womb.
Kai-ban was cremated in a traditional Gelt funeral ceremony. Orias Palak and Trevor Colt served as torch bearers to light his pyre.
