Dr. Panadero was the chief medical officer aboard the fallen Ban Ki-moon. He conducted, with her cooperation, an examination of Tishla.
“Panadero” is Spanish for “baker.” The doctor, as with Tishla's Dr. Troughton, is named for a Doctor Who actor, in this case, Sixth Doctor Colin Baker.
